Dinner will be served as buffet with following offerings: 

Protein:

Grilled salmon basted with basil garlic butter

Grilled chicken with tomato, mozzarella, basil, and balsamic

Sides:

Mashed potatoes with parmesan and bread crumb topping on side

Broccoli

Cauliflower

Brussel sprouts

Fall salad with romaine, slaw, dried cranberries, apple, jicama, almonds, and poppy seed dressing

Hawaiian rolls and butter balls

Dessert:

Variety of chocolate tortes with chocolate sauce and whipped cream

Crème brulé cheesecake with raspberry sauce

Beverages:

Ice tea

Water

Coffee
