GROOMING RESERVATIONS
Grooming Space reservations will open on June 15, 2025.
All reservations received earlier will not be processed until June 15th
OPEN GROOMING is first come, first served and does not include electricity.
Electricity for Open Grooming is $75.00 per person.
NO extension cords in Open Grooming and only one dryer per socket. (Hotel policy)
RESERVED GROOMING INCLUDES ELECTRICITY
We will try to accommodate your requests, but no requests will be guaranteed.
Only one first row space per reservation.
FIRST ROW GROOMING $150.00
SECOND ROW GROOMING $125.00
THIRD ROW GROOMING $100.00
TO RESERVE ONLINE
We are using Zeffy to fundraise & take reservations online & we're so happy with it! Zeffy is the only 100% free fundraising software for nonprofits - they even cover the transaction fees. It's incredibly easy to use & provides unlimited customer support - all for free!
When you complete the form & go to the "check out" page, it will show a donation amount that goes to Zeffy for providing the software. It is NOT NECESSARY to contribute. Just select "other" & change the number to $0. NO FEES for you or OESCA!
If making a reservation online, please use the Online Reservation link below to submit your reservation and pay with your credit card.
You do not need to print form and mail it in. Reservation and payment are all online.
Please indicate online how many spaces you would like in each row.

To make a reservation by U.S. mail, please fill out the below form and mail it along with your check.
If you are requesting adjacent spaces, please send the reservations in the same envelope. Only 3 reservations per envelope.
Please indicate on printable form how many spaces you would like in each row.

Check must be payable to “OESCA National Specialty” in US dollars and drawn on U.S. bank.
ONSITE BATHING FACILITIES
Monday 4PM - 10PM
Tuesday - Friday 6AM - 10PM
Towels, shampoo, tables, & dryers are NOT provided.
Grooming tables/arms and crates are available to rent - $10 per item per day.
